Online Vacation Packages?

I found a great vacation pkg on Cheaptickets.com, but I am leary of booking our honeymoon this way. Our travel agent cannot come close to this deal. Has anyone had a bad experience booking a honeymoon or any weeklong vacation online? What is the process? When do you receive your travel documents? And if you have concerns or travel problems during the vacation who do you contact? This is like a $400-$500 savings booking through cheaptickets.com. Can anyone ease my mind about booking a honeymoon online? Thanks for the help.

1. I booked the plane tickets online at orbitz for my honeymoon. Plane tickets now are "paperless." You print them out at home. Then when you get to the airport there is a kiosk to enter your information in order to get the boarding passes. We had no problems with the tickets, but we didn't book any other aspects online. They do all have hotlines to call for problems, but I've never had to do so.
