What is the best site for finding vacation packages?

I am on a limited budget, am trying to plan a vacation and want to get the best deal possible. There are so many sites to pick from, hoping somebody can tell me which is the best (most reasonable rates/etc) Or at least one that gives plenty of options so I can search more easily. thanks so much!

5. I personally love www.go-today.com They have great rates and packages, with optional add-ons. I've used them 3 times and been happy every time. We went to Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels on one trip with them, to the Carribean on another, and to England and Ireland on another. Best of luck!
