1. no, but be aware there are evidence of avian flu in remote areas. where woud you like to go in indonesia?
2. Well, it's a country around the Equator, so yes, you need the usual vaccines against malaria and stuff. You can get Dengue fever too, but you can only prevent it by keeping the mosquitos away. Also, take care of the bird flu. Eat only cooked poultry.
3. I am sure that you do. I needed shots to go visit hawaii. beware of all the stuff they have here and there we're not use to.
