Is it easy to travel to Brazil?

I live in the Northeastern United States. Will it be easy to travel there? Anything special things needed?

1. you might be able to get there but be careful its not always what it seems over seas is danger a lot of times
2. Try to be inconspicuous. Brazil has a terrible rate of tourist attacks. You need a visa. As of January 2008, expect to pay at least US$131 for a tourist visa and US$191 for a business visa, not counting the fee for having an agency handle your visa application and other service charges levied.
