Is there a quicker way to apply for a travel visa to the States?

I would like to take my aunt for a vacation but she carries a Hong Kong Special Admin. Zone Visa. The US Consulate website shows a 42-days process time in Toronto to apply for a travel visa. Does anyone know a quicker way?

1. I am also trying to get a visa and yes for HK its 42days. Good thing you can just go there without one. No visa required in HK for US citizens
