Travel Agency Packages

What do Nolitours vacation packages include?

I am taking a vacation in January with this agency, but would like to know from people who have already travelled with them what the all inclusive really includes (i.e. gratuities, transfer from your city to the departure airport, etc). I am in Waterloo. Thank you
