travel sites that will email me with news about specials?

what travel sites will email me when there are specials about hotel and airfare for a particualr destination I select? I need to set something up that is automated and free, because although I tell myself I will check around I just don't seem to remember to do it.

1. i don't know of a particular one that allows you to select a certain destination, but there are 2 that send emails weekly and thats Sherman's Travel and Travelzoo.
