Travel Agency Packages

From Romania to Croatia, travel packages and information on Croatia?

I've heard amazing things on the seaside in Croatia, and it's definitely going to be the next vacation spot for us. Any travel packages, ways to get good deals, best places to stay and visit? Anything about it is appreciated!

  1. Hm I think it is bets to visit www.travel-to-croatia.com and explore it. There is not direct flight between Romania and Croatia. Maybe train through Belgrade. What is best deal? Fly inn in Dubrovnik: 3 nights Korcula: 3 nights Hvar: 3 nights Split: 2 nights / fly out Bye
  2. Start in Split and travel down the coast towards Dubrovnik on the Jadrolinjia (ferry) to each destination. The scenery on your voyage is absolutely breathtaking. Korcula is more "old school" (less touristy) than Hvar Town (if going to Hvar, definitely check out Stari Grad), Split and Dubrovink. There are not as many hotel options and expect them to be between 2 & 3 stars, as opposed to the Suncani hotels in Hvar Town or several in Dubrovnik. This is important to some people, so I am just throwing the information out there. In Korcula, you must go to a wonderful local bar/restaurant called Briskula and ask the owner (Domi) to try the homemade white wine. Croatia has the best homemade wine! Hvar Town is becoming a very trendy destination and is packed every weekend in the summer with "beautiful people". This Ibiza but smaller. Any other questions, let me know. It's cheaper to travel in May and September. If you get a chance, stop by the capital city of Zagreb. Its a much more easy-going and much less touristy than many other European capitals.
