Travel Agency Packages

Has anyone ever purchased travel packages through the-vacation-store.com?

If so, please tell me about your experience. I'm fairly confident that they are legit, as I've spoken to them and the hotel that I'm interested in (about them) and all seems to be in order, but I'm still hesitant.
